Single and Happy

, by Stress(-)

Embrace this moment cause you might wish you had it back. Singleness to me is an honor and it is a journey of self discovery that I am not willing to give up for just anyone. There are too many frustrated singles out their instead of satisfied singles. This should be a time when you get to know the real you and learn to love you no matter what. A time to build the character that will sustain you in your future relationship.

Time to deal with those past hurts. Get counseling for things in your past that cause you pain whenever you think about it. Avoid carrying unnecessary baggage into any future relationship, deal with the issues now so they wont be a stumbling block in your relationship to come.

Learn to love yourself not just like yourself. The main component of low self esteem is a lack of love for oneself. What we love we spend time with. Do you make time for yourself? Pamper yourself once in a while, compliment yourself on how beautiful you are without any makeup. Yes I said without makeup, your natural you is the real you and any compliment given at that moment means more that all others. Love your curves or your lack of curves, either way you are still gorgeous.

Are you fun to be with? Hang out with yourself and discover what you consider to be fun and what keeps you going. Keep a self journal and write down what irritates you and what brings you joy, then go ahead and self analyze why they have that effect on you. Work on Enjoying this moment in your life, establish healthy routines such as working out or playing a sport. Love love love this season in your life. Enjoy the journey.

Unemployment or Opportunity

, by Stress(-)

Bills bills bills...

That's the bell that rang in my head when I was first unemployed. It is said that worrying cannot solve any situation and that is true. Like myself you have probably sent your resume to numerous employers, so many you probably have lost count. Out of frustration of getting no job offers, I decided to just wait for a response. In the midst of waiting I began to discover a lot about myself and began to realize that there are other ways to make money until the job comes. I called my insurance company and other companies I owed and explained my situation to them. They were able to give me an extension.

I began to think of creative ways to make money on the side. I began doing one time event jobs that were out of my field which gained me more experience and allowed me to network with people. I started taking myself more seriously, so I wrote out all the ideas that came to my head and made a business plan on how I would get them done. I got more involved in my community and this opened more doors to network with other individuals that were able to refer me to there company. During this period of unemployment I learned what it really means to budget and that I am a true entrepreneur at heart.

Here are list of great things to keep you busy while you wait for a job:

 1. Start an idea journal: No idea or invention is too small

 2. Start a blog of an area of interest or an area of expertise. For income place ads on your blog from Google

3. Sign up to work different events in your area. They are one time gigs that pay really well. Craigslist-gigs-events

4. Take better care of your body: Go running around your neighborhood or a close by park(great way to network).

5. I just signed for this new marketing website that gains you 2% each day on your investment. They start you off with a complimentary $10 added to your account. Give it a try all you need is email address to start. http://adv.justbeenpaid.com/?r=chitory

6. Get involved in your community. Attend free events and participate in groups of interest to you
